分析穿芯電容的介紹是什么
穿芯電容作為電子元器件中是電容器中體積小而又能達到較大電容量的產品,是1956年由美國貝爾實驗室首先研制成功的,它的性能優異。穿芯電容器外形多種多樣,并制成適于表面貼裝的小型和片型元件。穿芯電容器按產品技術類型可分為非固體電解質穿芯電容器和固體電解質穿芯電容器。穿芯電容器不僅在軍事通訊,航天等領域應用,穿芯電容還在工業控制、影視設備、通訊儀表等產品中大量使用。

穿芯電容器產量(liang)較小,銷售價格較高(gao),在整個電容器市場(chang)的應用占(zhan)比較低。但穿芯電容器的靠譜性高(gao),具(ju)有其他電容器不可替代的獨特(te)優勢,在電容器市場(chang),特(te)別(bie)是在軍工(gong)領域具(ju)有明顯(xian)競(jing)爭優勢。
常見穿芯(xin)電(dian)容分(fen)為A、B、C、D、E、U、V七(qi)個系列(lie)。分(fen)別(bie)對應(ying)的封裝是1206、1210、2312、2917、2917、2924、2924。穿芯(xin)電(dian)容的電(dian)壓范圍(wei)在2.5-50V,電(dian)容范圍(wei)0.10-2200uF,工作溫度范圍(wei)55℃-125℃,靠譜性:1%每1000小時(shi)在85℃,精度有(you)K檔:±10%和M檔:±20%。
