解析福州電容器的種類應用和封裝!
電容器的制造工藝主要可以分為三大類:
· 薄膜電(dian)容(rong)(Film Capacitor)
· 電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(Electrolytic Capacitor)
· 陶瓷電容(Ceramic Capacitor)
一:薄膜電容(rong)(Film Capacitor)
1 . 簡要說明(ming):塑(su)料(liao)薄膜(mo)電(dian)容(?Plastic?Film?Capacitor?)往往被(bei)簡稱為薄 膜(mo)電(dian)容(?Film?Capacitor?)或?FK?電(dian)容。其以塑(su)料(liao)薄膜(mo)為電(dian)介質。
2.基本構造(zao)(zao):薄膜(mo)電(dian)容內部構成方(fang)式主要(yao)是:?以金(jin)屬(shu)箔(bo)(bo)片(pian)(或者是在塑料上進行(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)化處理而(er)得(de)的(de)箔(bo)(bo)片(pian))作為電(dian)級板,以塑料作為電(dian)介質。通過(guo)繞卷或層(ceng)疊工藝而(er)得(de)。箔(bo)(bo)片(pian)和(he)薄膜(mo)的(de)不(bu)同排列方(fang)式又衍生出(chu)多種構造(zao)(zao)方(fang)式。
二(er):電解電容(Electrolytic Capacitor)
1 . 簡(jian)要說明:電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)是電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)的一(yi)種,金(jin)屬箔(bo)為(wei)正(zheng)級(鋁(lv)或(huo)鉭(tan)),與正(zheng)級緊(jin)貼金(jin)屬的氧化膜(氧化鋁(lv)或(huo)五氧化二鉭(tan))是電(dian)(dian)介(jie)質(zhi),陰級由導電(dian)(dian)材料、電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)(電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)可以是液體或(huo)固(gu)體)和其他材料共同(tong)組成,因電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)是陰級的主(zhu)要部(bu)分(fen),電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)因此而(er)得名。同(tong)時電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)正(zheng)負不可接錯。
2.基本構造:鋁(lv)電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容應該是(shi)使(shi)用廣泛的電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容,便(bian)-宜(yi),其基本結(jie)構如下(xia)圖所示:

4.無級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(rong)的(de)一種,只(zhi)是(shi)不(bu)分正負級(ji)(ji) -------- 電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(rong)是(shi)分正負級(ji)(ji)的(de), 無級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)指沒有級(ji)(ji)性的(de)。
5.鉭(tan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)屬于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi),按結構及性能特點(dian)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)固體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)鉭(tan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)、非固體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)鉭(tan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)、片式固體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)鉭(tan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)等類型。鉭(tan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的基本性能特點(dian)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能優良穩定,體積效(xiao)率優異,工作溫度范圍(wei)寬(kuan)、可(ke)-靠(kao)性高、外形多種多樣等。

三:陶瓷電容(Ceramic Capacitor)
1 . 簡要說明:陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷電容(rong)是(shi)指(zhi)用(yong)高(gao)介(jie)電常(chang)數的(de)電容(rong)器陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷鈦酸鋇(bei)一氧化鈦擠壓成圓管、圓片或(huo)圓盤作(zuo)為介(jie)質,并用(yong)燒滲法(fa)將銀鍍在陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷上作(zuo)為電級制成。它又分高(gao)頻瓷介(jie)和(he)低頻瓷介(jie)兩(liang)種(zhong)。陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷電容(rong)是(shi)以陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷材(cai)(cai)料(liao)作(zuo)為介(jie)質材(cai)(cai)料(liao),陶(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷材(cai)(cai)料(liao)有(you)很多種(zhong),介(jie)電常(chang)數、穩定性都有(you)不(bu)同(tong),適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)場合。
2.基本(ben)構(gou)造:陶瓷電(dian)(dian)容,主(zhu)要是(shi)瓷片電(dian)(dian)容(Ceramic Disc Capacitor),瓷片電(dian)(dian)容的主(zhu)要優點就(jiu)是(shi)可以(yi)耐(nai)高壓,通常(chang)用作安規電(dian)(dian)容,可以(yi)耐(nai)250V交流電(dian)(dian)壓。其外觀(guan)和結構(gou)如下(xia)圖所(suo)示:

2.直插電容封裝尺(chi)寸(cun)
直插電(dian)解電(dian)容封裝為AXIAL-xx形式(比(bi)如(ru)AXIAL-0.3、AXIAL-0.4),后面的xx代表(biao)焊盤中心間距為xx英寸,。這個尺寸肯(ken)定(ding)比(bi)電(dian)阻本身要稍微大一點(dian)點(dian).
